Terms of Service

Last updated 11 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Yakin Elevate, provided by [Yakin Technologies — registered legal entity name], [registered address] (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Elevate connects to business tools you authorise — currently Gmail and Google Calendar — and uses what it reads to score relationships, surface opportunities, and suggest actions. It is a decision-support tool. Its recommendations are suggestions, and the judgement about whether to act on any of them is yours.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@yakinelevate.com if you believe it has been accessed by someone else. You must be at least 18 and using Elevate for business purposes.

3. Your data stays yours

You retain all rights to the content you bring to Elevate and to everything it ingests on your behalf. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you — to store, process, and display that content back to you and the people you invite. We do not use it for any other purpose. See the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • connect an account you are not authorised to access, or use Elevate to read anyone’s correspondence without the right to do so;
  • use approved outreach to send bulk unsolicited messages, or anything that breaches anti-spam law in your jurisdiction or the recipient’s;
  • attempt to access another customer’s workspace, or probe, scan, or test the security of the service except under a written agreement with us;
  • resell or sublicense the service.

Outreach is rate-limited per workspace, and Elevate refuses to write to any address on your never-contact list. These are safeguards, not a substitute for your own compliance with the law.

5. Third-party services

Elevate depends on services operated by others, including Google. Your use of those is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make. If a provider withdraws or changes an API, functionality that depends on it may change or stop.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Elevate available and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where we can. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. [Replace this section if you publish an SLA.]

7. Fees

[Pricing, billing period, renewal, and refund terms to be inserted.]

8. Warranties and liability

Elevate is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, revenue, or business opportunity. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the [twelve] months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

In particular: Elevate’s scores and recommendations are generated from incomplete information and may be wrong. Commercial decisions you take on the basis of them are yours.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, giving notice where it is reasonable to do so. On termination we delete your workspace and its contents within 30 days; ask before then if you want an export.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Elevate after that means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and the courts of [jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
